Hello. I have passed 3 courses in a Coursera specialization. Now I have changed my Visa debit card and put it's number in my account information. Unfortunately there was initial restriction on my new card for payments for the US region, so the regular Coursera transaction was unsuccessful and I received Coursera's email that my subscription plan will be cancelled, "if we will not succeed in transaction till 08-04-2019 (UTC)". For now I have removed the card restriction and would like to repeat the transaction. I have to do something else or jast wait?

Hello @Rifat, check you enrollment in the specialization, if it shows that you aren't currently enrolled in the specialization, then you should repeat the transaction again.

Hello, @Mo Rebaie. I am currently enrolled in the specialization, but on "My purchases" page I still see a message, that I'll be charged on 28 of July 2019 - 3 days ago. So I have not been charged yet. What I have to do to repeat the transaction?

If you are not charged, check if the card is empty!

Or you can cancel the subscription, then repeat the transaction and enroll again, the finished lectures will be preserved.
