@Mohammad Sameer Hasan many questions like the one you just posed can be answered by others without having to visit the Help Center. For example, I took a course twice because I wanted to get a better grade. This was before unlimited quiz attempts. I also wanted the opportunity to redo all my assignments. 

Live Chat is not available to everyone. E mail options are though. Your link wasn’t an active one.

I am not so sure that posing many individual questions randomly throughout this community would be helpful. It would make more sense to put together a list of the most common current issues.  A good idea for a thread like this would be to have one that simply says, “When to contact the Help Center”...and list the issues that only the Help Center can deal with. 
 These are just my thoughts...I wonder how others feel? 

Yes, @Judith , I am planning to do the same i.e. arranging many common issues under one topic later. As you can see, I am not putting all the questions Individually, just the one's I feel are some common questions. 

Anyways this is something created as a reference point also to refer similar questions to this solution without the need of answering again. As you can see, it will prevent similar questions to appear in the forums.

**NOTE:

Someone at Coursera has just pointed out that the url for generating ticket is no longer working. 

I believe this is due to some technical issue or some security reasons which was not known to many people earlier including myself as no such notification was received by me from the experts at help center. So, if you are unable to click the link, don't panic, it's not a bug. 

Although, you can try this topic also which leads you to the destination for email support. As you can see some common issues and their answers are also mentioned but you have to go down to the word that says email us here then click and see if it's proceeding or redirecting you back to help center. If you are able to proceed, you can submit a ticket as well.

If you are still unable to find solution, wait for it and post your question in the coursera.community. If it needs immediate attention, someone from Coursera might also join to sort it out.
