Processing subscription payment

I've been paying for courses I taking using PayPal. Recently, I received an email telling me of issues processing payment with instructions to visit my account settings to update my payment information.

However, there is no way for me to do this on the account/payment page. The website and chat are useless, probably one of the worst I've experienced in terms of help. Can someone contact me directly to help me fix this?
