Í have taken the course Music and Social Action and noticed a problem with peer reviewed assignments.
I have completed the course, but had to reset my deadlines because I didn't get enough reviews. I took the time to review more than 100 peer assignments, some even from 2017, and flagged many other because there were technical issues whenever I tried to load them. I wonder if there is someone checking those issues, as I suppose those students are still waiting for their reviews to be able to complete the course.
I posted about this on the course forum 10 days ago, but got no answer. There is still a huge list of pending assignments, so I wonder if this system is really working. Shouldn't there be a moderator to solve that situation? Is it really so that some people have been waiting three years to get their certificate?
If there is such a huge list of pending reviews, I wonder when I will have my assignments reviewed. The university that offers the course doesn't seems to care.
Has anyone had a similar problem? And in that case, what did you do to solve it? Has Coursera helped in any way? Thank you!
