Hello 🙂 i will try to explain in a simple way, i hope it will help you
DNA, (Deoxyribonucleic acid) is a complex molecule that conteins our genetic material. its is mostly located in the nucleus of the cell, in the eucaryotes organisms. DNA is a two stranded molecule. Each strand contains long sequences of four bases: Adenine (A), Guanine (G), Cytosine (C), and Thymine (T). The sequence of these bases determines the information available for building and maintaining an organism. The basis on one strand pair together in a complementary way to the bases of the oposite strand. These bases pair up with each other in the same way: A with T and C with G, by hydrogen bonds. Each base is also attached to a sugar molecule ( deoxyribose) and a phosphate group. A base, a sugar molecule and a phosphate group, together, are called: Nucleotide.
