SAS Course Suddenly Inactive

Hi -- I'm in the middle of a SAS course and I logged on to do this week's assignment and it shows the course as inactive.
What can I do?

Hi @Bill Stalnaker,

Sorry to hear that. Here are my recommendations:

  • Please make sure your subscription was not canceled if your "My Purchases" page says the course is "Inactive". You may want to review this Help Article, especially the last section: Solve problems with payments
  • If your purchases and/or payments are fine, this could be merely a technical issue caused by the system/platform. So you would need to report it to the Help Center . The steps are described here.

Thanks Maryam. I wasn't able to find anything and when I went to the 'Contact Us' button it wasn't there. Do you have an email I can use?

The structure of the Help Center has changed. After clicking Contact Us on that article, I saw a new page. But I eventually managed to find this page for you. Please open it and then click the "contact us" link. It says you will see a blue chat window. Make sure you are logged in.
