Sorry to hear that. Here are my recommendations:
- Please make sure your subscription was not canceled if your "My Purchases" page says the course is "Inactive". You may want to review this Help Article, especially the last section: Solve problems with payments
- If your purchases and/or payments are fine, this could be merely a technical issue caused by the system/platform. So you would need to report it to the Help Center . The steps are described here.
