No access to payed courses


I find it extremely irritating that i already payed an additional month, just hoping the enrollment in an other time slot would work, just to find out i can still not access the material.

How to contact support on a personal level, something is going wrong

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this annoying issue. To report it, please open the Help Article, and then click "contact us".

You'll be required to answer a few questions. But you'll also see a link like this while going through the process:



Just click it, type your query, and send it. Don’t worry about it. The support team will certainly fix it for you.
