I’ve got a dataset in sas7bdat format. It contains English and Korean characters. If I open in some SAS Viewer, it’s ok.
But I want to modify this dataset, so I need to read it in some way.
But I read it with encoding=utf-8, I’ve got UnicodeDecodeError (in other encoding Korean characters will change on some strange things and I can’t translate them)
- sas7dbat library (https://pypi.org/project/sas7bdat/)
But when I do df = reader.to_data_frame() it changes all Korean characters to ‘?’ char
- Try to save from SAS View to .csv, but again this way changes Korean characters to ‘?’
So, how can I do this?
