Go for deepllearning.ai specialization

Definitely follow the above advice. The first ML course is great but don't forget it's 5 years old, there is a lot of new stuff out there now that the next deep learning courses cover.

Man, week 5 still haunts me!
I went for Applied Data Science with Python, I think it's really useful, and necessary!
Deep Learning Specialization https://www.coursera.org/specializations/deep-learning
Tensor Flow in Practice Specialization https://www.coursera.org/specializations/tensorflow-in-practice

...in that order

I don't believe you should start another course. If you are serious about getting a job, I recommend you develop a project of your own and upload it on GitHub, to showcase it to potential employers. It must set you apart from others, so one of the course assignments can be a starting point, but you will have to develop it yourself. Find a dataset that intrigues you, and study the heck out of it.

What is the purpose of doing another course if, by the end of it, you will have forgotten most of what you have learned already? Because that is what is going to happen, if you don't apply what you have learned.
The Coursera machine learning courses from U of Washington are great.
