Resource Access Denied

I have joined cyber security program. During the course of learning I am unable to access a learning resource link. Upon clicking the link the message says “Access denied”. Need help.

As a fast try, open it in Incognito mode.

Anyway, what kind of resource is that? Maybe it is an external link and the problem is not yours. Maybe it was free when it was added, but now is closed. You may copy the title and google it. Sometimes it works. 

when you have an idea, make a prototype as soon as you can (-- Tinkering Tenets --)
