Can I do MS in Computer science being non computer science student.
Yes, it is possible. You will have to have a bachelors in something. Some experience in computer science is helpful. Most universities will require you to take several leveling courses before you actually start graduate level work.
Non computer science student can do MS in computer science. But U need to learn more core concepts on computer science mostly Data structures and algorithms, operating system, Mathematics etc,,,,... And it depends upon u r interest.
