I have been struggling to upgrade a course, pay for it so I can do the quiz. It is the worse user experience I have ever had and still couldn't find the way. Even logining in to this portal was a challenge!
I keep getting the "upgrade to submit" in the quiz clicking on that I get the following message again and again:
The question is how to upgrade it should be simple.

Welcome! It's great that you managed to find this community.
So you have been auditing the course, and now you are trying to subscribe. I replicated this with a similar course in a Specialization. The same window appeared but, as you can view, it includes a blue button.
Your browser may be guilty. What I mean is that you may need to switch from your current browser to a different one. It did work for another member who was experiencing a relatively similar thing: Unable to enroll in specialization
Please try it and if this does not work for you, don’t worry. Just report it to the support team and they'll sort it out.
