You don't have any active courses right now.

I have enrolled in deeplearning.ai specialization (5 courses).
I have completed 4 courses, 1 is remaining and since few days in my last active tab, there is nothing showing up.
Although all the courses were showing up a few days ago.
Course deadlines are not gone yet.

I tried signing out and signing in again. but it didn't worked.

Please help.

Hi @raj. I'm sorry to hear this. This is a known technical issue that our team is working to resolve. In the meantime, you can get to the desired course as follows:

  1. Search for the Deep Learning specialization on Coursera.org
  2. Search for the desired course within the specialization
  3. Click on the button that says "Go To Course" (in parentheses it will say "Already enrolled")

Hi, since 3 days ago, whenever I log in into Coursera, I get the "There are no active courses" (or similar) message, but I'm enrolled and active in the Week 2 of "Sequence Models", last course of the Deeplearning specialization. So I have to search for the Deeplearning specialization, search for the course, and then enter the course (it states you're already enrolled).
Why is this happening? Has there been any recent update to the coursera platform?

Hi @respinagosa,

I'm not experiencing this issue. The "Last Active" tab shows my recent active courses. Have you tested it with a different browser? Have you cleared your cache and cookies?

I'm having the same issue. I'm signed up for the last 2 courses in the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate specialization and they are not showing up on the Last Active list. Just a few days ago it was all working fine, the specialization and courses were showing up on the list.
@respinagosa , @tomaszrydzewski , since you are both having this issue there must be a problem in the system that needs to be resported. Please contact the Help Center at this point to tell them about it.
Another thing to always check is to make sure you are logged in. I have to log in frequently, sometimes twice a day.

unable to change sessions for Mathematics for Machine Learning: Multivariate Calculus offered by Imperial College London

I am now enrolled in the 3 course specialization for Mathematics for Machine Learnng but none of these show on my 'active course' home page.

The multivariate calculus course shows that I'm currently enrolled (but that was because I was a beta tester for this course. Note that I did not complete this course under beta test) but I have no way to change my session (that I think opens today, 12/30/2018).

Could someone working for Coursera please 'reset' or otherwise change this course such that I can start submitting the assignments. Thanks

@PmPartch, this is not the place where you ask for someone from Coursera to help you. You will need to contact the Help Center. If you look at the top right of this page you will see “Help Center”. When you click onto that place, make sure to log in. Then you will be given the option to “live chat”. If you do this, you will get someone who will help you correct this issue. Best of success to you!

And that would be a fine suggestion except that there is no live person to talk to on the help center. Only a 'bot' that does not understand my question. The 'live chat' is a bot.
You can ask for a live person, or try again and you will get one...but many of th bots should be able you help you.

@PmPartch Do you get the ‘Chat’ button I the Help Center? They are live people. If not, keep saying in the questions you get that you need more help, eventually you will get the Chat or an email option.

The 'Chat' button produces a 'bot' and has been a bot all morning, every time I've tried. I'll try again tomorrow. Sure, I'll try asking multiple times to see what happens

Try it now for yourself. It starts off saying that its a bot.

I just tried what you suggested. To keep asking questions until it sends to me a live person (and it finally did).

@PmPartch I am so glad you were able to reach a live person finally. I have contacted the Help Center many times, and like Scotty, have always found a live person. It’s good to know how to finally find one. This can help others. I hope you were able to resolve your problem. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Yes, all is good. The active course list is a bug that is getting worked on. In the mean time, they reset the course that I could not access allowing me to complete it.

And interacting with the bot a few times and then get access to live help? Not so obvious.
Thanks again for letting us all know. Hopefully, if others see this, they will know it’s a “bug” now. I am so happy to hear you were helped!

I am enrolled in the course of data science with IBM, and I have exceeded 8 courses out of 9, currently I am pursuing the ninth course is the Capstone.
When I enter today I can not find the course ?????

The course does not appear in my activity list.
Even the entire data science path does not appear.
Even does not appear in Inactive and Completed lists

I can only see the previous eight courses in the completed list, as separate courseware and not as before, as they were shown as part of the big track, the data science track.

I can only access Capstone by looking for it in Coursera, and then a message appears that I am already enrolled, and I enter the course.

Any suggestion to solve this problem?
