Wrong name after ID verification and got certificate with that wrong name

Hello there,

My name is Geethika K N. I’ve completed a part of 5-course Certification programme on Coursera. ID verification was required for issuing the certificate. After completing the ID verification( Using National ID), my certificate was issued wrongly with the name  as “ Goverment of India”. So, please kindly address and resolve this issue ASAP.
