Why the ID verification is passed but my name is N/A N/A?

I completed my ID verification process, however, the name turns out to be N/A N/A not the one that I applied to appear in my certificates. I wanna know through what ways could this be settled down. Thanks very much for your time!!

1. This Help Article may have some useful tips for you: Solve problems with your verification

2. More importantly, it provides a "Contact Us" link. The link will enable you to write to the support team. They will hopefully fix it soon.

Same problem here. I try "Contact Us" but when I click the page displays this message "We can't seem to find the page you requested. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved."

I need to download my certificate but my name contains "N/A" before my first name.

Please, I need Help!

Hi @darkknight. If you go to the link that @Maryam shared and click “contact us,” you should not be re-directed to the Help Center homepage. If this is happening, you can report it to the support agent using this link.

Note that an outdated URL has been shared elsewhere online that causes a redirect issue. But if you access the Help Center from www.coursera.org or from here (www.coursera.community), then this should not be happening and we will need to investigate if it is!

Hi miss @Laura  coursera , my name is jawwad ali and i am using coursera learning here, studying here since 2016, neither i had faced any problems here before nor any disappointments happened before . I am here to study to learn and to report any problem i faced here responsibily and now its your responsibility to listen and to solve our problems and make it happen quick and dont take it too long as this would be a barrier or an obstacle coming before learning as we are learning here continuously. 

Yesterday i verify my id and after tje approval , My name is missing and not even showing or displaying on my certificates. Please help us asap please do something sir , we are your learners students and we are facing such problems why i dont even know , what ti do i dont know right now, moreover please help us asap for God sake

Hi @alee. I’m a Community Manager; I’m not able to provide technical support. The Help Center is the place to go for issues like this. Please read my previous reply and use the link I’ve shared there to contact our support team. Our support agents are excellent and on call 24 hours/day to help with issues like this.

@alee I have the same issue. After my ID varification my name was missing in the certificate. I have enrolled with several cources but all of them are worth less if I can't get a certificate with my name. Please help me if anybody can.

HI Team,

 

I tried Google Chrome, Safari, Mobily, PC, Uploading an image file, used camera as well, nothing worked and it says your name is not detected. and your ID is not verified.

Upon clicking “contact us” they told me 3rd party verification is completed, we have resent the verification status on your account according to the system your ID s not readable  please log out and log back in you will be able to re submit your ID again..

 

after all this i logged in back and in verifying my ID they asked me first, middle, last name.. after submitting. nothing happened!!

what should i do next, shall i go to accomplishment and re submit my ID or what?
