Why I can't start next part of the course?

Hello.

I am using the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate course.
I have already completed three parts of it:
1. What is Data Science?
2. Tools for Data Science
3. Data Science Methodology

The last part I completed required me to pass the “Final Assignment” by March 1, 2021. I completed it on February 21.
 

To start the next part of the course, I moved to the Coursery home page, where there is a field with the name of the completed course. Then I chose the next part of the course and pressed "Start Course" (Python for Data Science, AI & Development).

Unfortunately, I’m not able to start it. I always pressed the "Enroll" button and then I was informed that I was already enrolled and I started the course.
 

After Coursera updated course (I’m not using the update version), I get the message "You are currently enrolled in an old version of the specialization. Upgrade the specialization to continue with your purchase.".

There is no way I can start the next part of the course.
Can anyone help me solving this problem?

Hi @Polan31 . if you are already enrolled to the course you will find it in your courses dashboard and you say you don't find anyway to go to next course so you need to contact the customer support to help you  . you will find email us button at the bottom of the page and make sure you are login to your account before submit your email query : https://learner.coursera.help/hc/en-us/articles/360036160591-Get-Help-with-Coursera

Hi @Polan31 . if you are already enrolled to the course you will find it in your courses dashboard and you say you don't find anyway to go to next course so you need to contact the customer support to help you  . you will find email us button at the bottom of the page and make sure you are login to your account before submit your email query : https://learner.coursera.help/hc/en-us/articles/360036160591-Get-Help-with-Coursera

I contacted the Coursera Help Center. This is the error they are trying to fix. After reporting a bug, they assigned me to courses automatically. I got the answer in less than 10 minutes :slight_smile:  Thanks for the hint, best regards :thumbsup:
