My free trial for the plus subscription expired and now the course I was taking shows up as an audit, I was more than halfway through the course but all my progress is gone. My only question is if I renew my subscription now, do I get that progress back or will I have to go through the whole course again?

Hi @Gunwant

Welcome to Coursera Community.

If you renew the subscription now, just start the course where you left off. Your course progress will be saved in the backend.

I hope this helps you.

All the best!

This was completely false. I renewed my subscription and now I’m having to redo all of my assignments

Hello @Gunwant, I’m sorry to hear about your progress being gone, it’s best if you contact a support agent for help with this.

To do so, enter the Help Center and log in from the top right corner. Then, look for the option to contact “Contact us” at the bottom of this article.
