Ungraded External Tools tasks marked as incomplete

Hi,

I am doing the Open Source tools for Data Science but all the tasks of the ungraded external tools are marked as incomplete but I have done all of them.

Anynone knows why?

Sorry to hear that. I just took a look at the course homepage and saw those third-party tools in the syllabus section. One of them is Jupyter Notebooks, for example. Here are my suggestions:

  1. Sometimes it may take a few hours for a programming assignment to get marked as "complete". Please refresh your page and check it out again.
  2. The functionality of such tools is supposed to be controlled by the course team. So, try to post it in the course discussion forums if you've not done so.
  3. As this is a programming assignment, you may also want to take a look at this Help Article: Solve problems with programming assignments
  4. Coursera's support team may not be able to fix issues that are related to a third-party tool, but if no one is going to assist you in the course discussion forums, then you'll have to report it to the support team using the "Contact Us" button at the end of the article.
