I am unable to reset my password using the password reset link that is sent to me via e-mail.
I've tried using different browsers and clearing my cache to no avail.
The error message I am seeing is this:
Uh oh! Your password reset token is invalid or has expired! Please double check that you copied and pasted the entire URL sent in your password request email, and that you clicked on the link within one hour of receiving it. If this still doesn't work, please request a new password reset link or visit the Learner Help Center.
By the way, this is for a different Coursera account (not the account I am currently using). I had to make a new one temporarily to access the support forum - not the best design if users are required to log on to get help!

@0bits A tricky situation if the password reset won't work, because the Help Center wants you to log in. You have presumably found the Solve Problems with your Coursera Account page. Perhaps try the Contact us button near the bottom of that page. Answer the questions, then select No, I want to email Coursera. Hopefully, someone will get back to you soon. If you can try to ask during USA business hours, perhaps someone will be able to help via live chat.View original
