Unable to receive the Reset Password mail

Hi, I don’t remember when I created my coursera account through my one of my mail address. Hence, I have no idea what its password might be. When I click on Forgot Password link and enter my email address, I don’t receive any mail. And yes, I have checked my Spam too. I tried this with another account and I was able to change the password easily however, I don’t receive the mail on this particular mail. 

I don’t even remember when I created the account but when I try doing Sign-Up, it says there is already an account by this name. I have no idea what is going on. Please any help would be appreciated.

@18bce076 I am only a community member like yourself . You need to reach someone at the Help Center to straighten it out. Make sure you log in. Then search for an article. At the end of the article you will see those yellow thumbs up signs...after that, to the right, there will be a small box with a little envelope icon in it that says, “contact us”. Press that and explain your problem. Hopefully you will get this sorted out.

I have the same problem, did you find a solution ?


What is happening is that my password reset link is somehow sent to the account in which I have set my alternate email address as the current accounts email address.


This is clearly a critical bug. 


@Judith Please look into it. Or let the responsible person know about this issue.
