Unable to pay after free trial

I signed up for the seven day trial on Coursera. 
when the 7th day came . My bank wasn’t able to charge it. And now I can’t log in. It said I had until the 13 . But now I don’t see a display of any of my courses. And it says it’s “inactive “. What can I do ?
