Unable to complete guided project

I purchased a guided project which requires the completion of 5 video challenges. My cloud time expired when I was on the fourth video. I completed the challenge on my computer, but Rhyme does not give the option to mark completion and, therefore I am unable even to watch the last challenge video. To whom should I write to make the last video available?

Sorry to hear that! Please make sure your browser does not have an interfering add-on or extension. And, Clear your cache and cookies. And try to watch the videos in different network or internet connection.

In case still if you are facing the problem means then you need to contact help center who can help you to resolve your issue. To do, please go through the help article here:-

And make sure you are login into account and you will see (technical or accessibility issue, you can email us here) click on that and submit your query via email. Supporting team will get back to you as soon as possible and they will look into this for you. Hope this helps you.

Thank you. I tried on different browsers and in incognito mode, to no avail. However, Gus, from the supporting team, created a couple of additional cloud sessions for me, and I was able to complete the project.
