So I tried to cancel my subscription by going to my purchases and then manage subscription but there is no button to actually cancel the subscription; both subscriptions are inactive. Now after doing some research on other posts, I’ve seen that you shouldn’t be getting charged when the subscriptions are inactive BUT I’m still getting charged monthly. And I don’t have any other accounts, I only have one. So, I don’t have any active subscriptions, I’m unable to cancel anything, and I only have one account.
So my question is, why am I still being charged?
