There is no valid receipt from Coursera. Disappointed

I bought a Coursera Plus subscription for an year. But I got no valid receipt.

There is only one format but that can not be used for reimbursements. 

And, I find it frustratingly difficult in contacting coursera. There is no email mentioned.

Isn’t it illegal not to provide a valid receipt to individuals?

Just click the above link I given and you will see chat and email option. In email option click the fill out our contact form it will take you to Coursera contact us page. And submit your query or doubts through mail to support team. They'll assist you.

Sorry to hear the Coursera plus subscription issue. It maybe technical error and I'm not sure on it. And to contact the Coursera customer support. To do, Make sure you are login into the account and use the below help article link and submit your query via e-mail.
