Good afternoon,my name is mariana, i am a nutritionist.my tests from the second week are blocked, can someone help me?

Thank you for posting your concern on the forum.

 About the matter.

For a better understanding ,I would request you to check if any notification or message is shown in the said section you are currently not able to access.

There can be a number of reasons for that .

  • The session had not started yet
  • Your subscription ended
  • The past session had ended and you may need to reset the deadlines to access the graded items.
  • The specific section had been locked by the creator.
  • You may be have opted for the audit version of the course.

You can find more information about the same via these articles.

Issues regarding quizzes,Deadlines 

and other relevant details on the  learner help center.

For Contacting Coursera Support, please enter the Help Center and log in from the top right corner. Then, look for the option to contact “Contact us” at the bottom of this article.

thank you so much for the feedback, the exact message that appears is "This item will be unlockedwhen the schedule begins "I'm trying to do this help access, but I can't, I'll try again.what would be audit mode?

Here's an article that covers locked assignments and course enrollment and audit mode.

For upgrading to a Certificate in a course you're already enrolled in:

 

Go to the home page for the course you want to pay for.

At the top of the page, click Upgrade, or move on to the "In progress" section and click the Purchase  button.

P.S:-Not all courses offer Certificates. If you can’t find the option to upgrade to a Certificate in a course, it may not be available.

Let me mention about the facts related to the free courses/auditing a course and criteria’s for achieving certification therein.

The free courses are fully accessible with the lecture materials, graded and ungraded assessments (FULL COURSE, NO CERTIFICATE option is available  )but it has the provision of obtaining a certificate only when you purchase the same .
