Technical Support Fundamentals course week 3 - are not confirmed after completed

Hi all, right now I try to complete week 3 by Technical Support Fundamentals from Google, BUT when I made tasks “Create folder: Linux” and “Create folder: Windows”  I saw what tasks in Coursera  are not confirmed. Why? What wrong? How to fix it?

Errors in a course activities/ tasks can only be resolved by the course staff from the institution offering the course. It is the discussion forums of the course where you must post this. Normally if such errors/ bugs are there, it would affect all the learners and there will be lots of posts from leaners regarding the issue. This would get the attention of course staff who periodically visit the discussion forums and corrective action would be taken by them

Coursera conducts over 4000 courses on its platform offered by various partner institutions. Each course may have its own specific kinds ofcourse work like quizzes, peer graded assignments, uploading snapshots, programming and so on. For any issues connected with the course work, please post only on the course discussion forums. 

If the course staff do not respond, get the email address of the instructor from the institution website and send an email with a good title that captures his attention.

You need to spend more than 5 minutes in the lab before ending it because of the grace period. For more info, please take a look at this post in your course’s discussion forum.
