hello there iam seeing that you are charging me 39 dollars ..i have cancelled everything long back ..nothing shows up in my account but iam getting charged ..please tell me how to fix it

Log in.
Now scroll to where it says ...”e mail us here “...the word “here” in blue. Press that link and you will be able to reach someone.
If that doesn’t work, scroll to the end, past the yellow thumbs up signs, where you will see a small rectangular box with a little envelope icon in it that says “contact us.” Press that box and you’ll get help. Hopefully one of these will work for you.
