Hi all!
I have sponsored specialization (with timebound that I had to start that by the end of November) by Estonian Goverment. Now that I have finished my first course I cannot start the second one! It does not have the ‘enroll’ button but instead has ‘sponsored by Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs’. Doesn’t have ‘start the course’ sign instead ‘view details’. As I already started the specialization (on time) I wonder why can’t I start the second course of the Specialization.. Especially when I have invested so much time on the Course 1..

Does anybody have had similar situation? What would be the solution? Thanks!

Hello @Merilyn and @Sandra Muñoz. Please try entering your Specialization’s page and then click on the “Courses” section.

Then, click on the course you wish to enroll in and enroll directly from the course page.

If you are still having trouble, please contact support. To do so, enter the Help Center and log in from the top right corner. Then, look for the option to contact “Contact us” at the bottom of this article.

@Jose A Thank you for your response! Doing as you told, it asks me to try free trial period.

Also contacted Estonian Government about this issue. They said that I had to start each course of the specialization before 31.oct. (just open each one and press ‘start the course’ button) This means that I enrolled on the Specialization and started first course on time but didn’t start the second (or the rest) on time. I thought I would only start the first one and that should count as starting the whole course but I guess not.. @Sandra Muñoz, maybe that will help!

Hi @Merilyn. The Coursera for Campus basic plan offers Unlimited free Guided Projects and 1 free course per student per year.

Specializations are made up of many courses, so only one of them will be available for free.

I would suggest looking at the FAQ section on this page to find more information about your options. We also have a few articles in the Help Center that could be useful, such as Coursera for Campus: Basic Plan and Student Plan – FAQ

If you have any further questions, please enter the Help Center and log in from the top right corner. Then, look for the option to “Contact us” at the bottom of this article.
