'Something went wrong. Please try again' when reset my deadline

Hi, 

I have missed the deadline of my assignment. Thus, I reset my deadline. It shows 'Something went wrong. Please try again' as follows. I have tried many times, and it shows the same error.

It is really annoying that there is no way to solve this problem. The help center does not has a contact email or phone number. I really appreciate it if someone can help me with it.

At the end of the article you will see a rectangle box with an envelope icon inside and blue writing that says, “contact us”. Press this and you will be able to write what happened. It will be looked at and corrected.

I’m having the same issue, but I don’t see any contact us link. How did you get the problem solved?

You will see contact us box. Tell them about your problem. 

Remember: you need to log in the link by your Coursera account .

Yes, logging in to the account helps but I think that doesn’t guarantee the user the availability of ‘Contact Us’ box, from what I understand. Inspecting the page and searching for ‘contact us’, I’ve found this:
 

I don’t know what Tier1 or Tier2 learners mean.

Btw, I was able to see the button.

Due to high volumes of learner support inquiries at the moment, they have limited the ‘contact us’ button randomly to a few users, based on the logic which I’ve shown in the last reply. It is understandable, they are trying to reduce the requests since it’s difficult to handle them. 

I’m not sure if you can open it, but here’s the link again:

Yes. Happened to me too. Received ‘Something went wrong. Please try again.’ error when I click reset my deadlines. And, I could not see any contact us button at the link above.

I was facing the same issue but got it fixed..the above provided link is working but once you click it will first show you the contact us page and once it load fully it will redirect you to another page.

So to solve this all you need to do is when you click on this link before it fully load the page just terminate the process by clicking on cross which is present on the top left side of your browser.By doing this you won’t be re-directed to the different page and you can fill in your message on their contact us page.

I have the same problem with resetting the deadline as well. Tried the link that was provided for the contact us form and managed to key in details but right after I press send the page was redirected and it said that I didn’t have authorisation to view the page :disappointed_relieved:
