qwiklab account blocked during labsession.

Coursera help is pretty useless. I got qwiklab account blocked during lab session and i cant complete the lab.

Where can i find help?

after lovely online Chat help with actual human, i sent out the the request to Qwiklabs support "
support@qwiklabs.com".

Here is the explanation of why account is being blocked. So just remember to stay within labs parameters. Hope this helps.

We looked into the issue and found that your account has been blocked due to the exceeded resource limit. As an exception, we have unblocked your account and you can access your account now.

This happens when one tries to launch the resources which are not configured in the lab environment thus system automatically blocks those user accounts. We cannot exactly track the resources that were launched in the lab which caused the account getting blocked.

To avoid such case in the future, please make sure that you are not launching the resources which are not configured in the lab environment.
