Hi. I am currently attending a graduate school and I am taking a pre class in Coursera.

My school asks me to send them a proof of registration so they acknowledge that I am taking a class.

I only know how to print certificate. But the thing is I am not done with the class so I cannot send any document to my school.

Is there anyway that I can get a proof of registration?

Hi @Hiconic . welcome to coursera community .

i think the only poof is printed certificate i don’t think your school will accept email for your enrollement or a screenshot from your account because this the only ways to verify you are enrolled in the course .

but you can contact customer support to give you more details , make sure you are login to your account after you will find fill out our contact form click on it and submit your email query:: https://learner.coursera.help/hc/en-us/articles/360036160591-Get-Help-with-Coursera .

Hello @Hiconic, adding to @salahny’s reply, you could also try and send them your account’s data report, which includes your entire enrollment history, among other things.

To request your account’s data report, you need to go to your account settings page (only on a PC), scroll to the bottom and you will find the section titled “Learner Data Report”.

Then, you need to enter your email and click on “Send Report” to receive it on that email. If you still need help, you can contact support for assistance.
