Hello, some weeks ago, I joined the course Translation Quality management that started on Dec 18 2019. I tried to access the course today for the first time and it was not possible. Could someone help me with that or give me an email where I can ask about it?

Hello...Looks like you’re not the only one to meet this issue :blush: From my side I contacted the Learner Help Center, and they basically told me we had to wait. Hope this helps,

Hello again, I just clicked on the link Learner Help Center on my Coursera homepage. Beware now : I had to do it through the app.

Guess you only see Week 1, like me?

I don’t even see Week one. It says I am already enrolled, but I cannot access anything.

Well that’s odd. Did you get that e-mail welcoming you to the MOOC? In case you have downloaded the app, did you check your account on it? (I checked mine and the only things that are missing are the quizzes. I can access the remaining.)

I will download the app. I have never needed the app before to take a course. But I’ll see if that helps.

Hello. I confirm I got access to the quizzes on the app yesterday evening (Belgium time). Still nothing alike on the website though ;-)
