Hello

I started the course "Genius . ta;lent and Medocrity' almost a year ago and then just gave up because the test just would not grade 3 or 4 of my questions so the most I could score was 77% with 80% being a pass. I put in a complaint and asked for help. Guess what? No Response. I went back to it again after a long absence. Same problem. No grades for several of the questions, which I believe I got correct.

Can anyone in Coursera help?

Hi @Brian. This does sound very frustrating. I'm sorry. As @Judith has said, our support team will be able to assist you. Please visit the Help Center, click "Contact us" at the end of the article, and follow the steps to chat with a support agent: Report a problem with a course.

The only suggestion I can think of is to reach out to the other learners and or the Mentors of the course. If there really is a problem then others must have had the same issues. Sometimes tests are tricky. They ask for more than one correct response, or ask you which is not a correct answer, etc.If this is the issue then someone in your course will point it out.
The Help Center would be the place to go to next. Sometimes you have to be persistent. If you didn’t get a response that helped, please try again until you do. It could be a technical problem. If necessary, they would even be able to reach the Instructor. Let us know how this resolves.

I have 18 completed, certified MOOC courses so I know how the questions work. Something is wrong with three of the questions as they never have a grade after them, either correct or incorrect. The same three every time. If they are wrong then they should marked incorrect just as a couple of others are. It's very frustrating.
@Brian , then it sounds like the only people to help would be in the Help Center. They would refer this to someone on a learning team who would look into it. Explain this to someone there the same way you just explained it to us. This sounds like it can be fixed.
