Problem regarding enrolled course

Hello dear Coursera staff,
I am writing this email to demonstrate my problem about the Facebook Social Media Marketing professional course that I have already enrolled in through the sponsorship of Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic / UNDP Azerbaijan. While I was taking the course, an update was required for the pursuing the course. And when i was trying to update the course, it failed. Now I can't access the other courses of this specialization. Till now, I have only finished the first course among 6. Please fix this problem as soon as possible and it will be better to explain why it happened for the further prevention of this problem. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Toghrul Akbarov,

Some learning programs offer a limited number of courses. If you’re sure that this program allows you to complete more than one course, then you'll need to reach out to Courseras's support team. They’ll look into this. Do let me know if you don't know how to contact them.
