I'am having problem starting a free trial with Course enrollment, when entering my credit card info, I always gets this message:
''Sorry, there was a problem processing your credit card. Please try again with a different credit card.''
I firstly tried with my VISA card, and after that with MasterCard card, but always ended up with same message.
I have followed the instructions form Helpcenter to clear cashing and cookies and even changed my browser , and re-loged again, but all of that didn't help.
Please can you suggest what I need to do next?
