PLEASE HELP: COURSERA TECH TEAM DELEATED ALL MY COUREWORK ON ALMOST COMPLEATED CERTIFICATE


Please help me tutors or who ever can liaise with the technical support team:

my profile shows a picture of a men next to my current employment status, and that's obviously not me, I'm a woman. I had almost finished all work for this certificate, done all assigments, uploaded all that was due, got the peer reviews, and I had only to rise the grade in the first Master Quiz by taking it a second time:

"Introduction to Negotiation: A Strategic Playbook for Becoming a Principled and Persuasive Negotiator". What's going on???Why all my work is now erased??

This certificate is very important to me, I have strict deadlines to apply to graduate schemes in law firms and this certificate would have helped a bit, and I was finishing it today. It seems all my work has been deleted when the technical team tried to fix a technical glitch that was blocking me for taking Masterquiz 1 a second time

@Judith  and anyone else who replied: of course I’ve reached out to the Help Centre, for another glitch, and they deleted everything by error it seems! That’s why I’m posting everywhere, as through the obvious channels instead of having been helped I have been destroyed my coursework!

As you can see, it’s all locked and all gone!!!

I had reached out to them as I wanted to retake this one, and all content is now locked and erased

 

the sessions that I had completed are now all locked

 

And as you can see below, I’ve been liaising with the Help Centre, however they deleted everything

@DELETED posting this here will do you no good. We can’t do anything about this. We are just community members like you. You need to go back to the help center. They are the only ones with the tools to help you.

@Judith  do you know how to delete a post then?

@DELETED , if you press the three dots on the bottom of your post you can edit it.You can delete what you wrote. 

You need to go back to the Help Center to have your case resolved if it wasn’t. Looking at what you shared, it seems as if the case is still open, meaning they are working on it. 

@Judith my Coursera account doesn't allow that: both from my mac than android, laptop and phone, I cannot edit nor delete with option given by the 3 dot points on the bottom of each of my messages. I get only the "flag" and "link to URL" option, see on the screenshot below... Hopefully I can solve by rising another request to the Help Center on weekdays, maybe all of this it's only due to reduced staff on weekend days. Thanks

 

 

@DELETED the weekends are often a slower time period. It’s a good idea to try again during the week.

@Judith at the end it’s all sorted !!! If the content was deleted by mistake - and my access blocked to post on the course discussion forum, revise course content and access the masterquiz1 that wished to retake -  it was however possible for the technical team to retrieve everything that had disappeared from my course! So yesterday I completed it. (And I could retake Mastequiz1, to round my overall grade!!)
