Payment issues on coursera

Why is there no help on coursera?
There is no assistance from coursera, no on to solve the issues. I am unable to pay for my specialization from last three days i have been trying. I have added my card and my paypal, but coursera isnt allwoing me to pay or sharing the issue of payment with me. Where can i get help?

I cant find any support chat. Where exactly is the support chat?
it is not in help section, nowhere.
there is no mail to reach them as well. There is no customer support at all, just some blogs with random common problems.

Also, @Ash_ish , be sure to log in . It is a button on the upper right of your screen. You just have to press it. If you are not logged in, you won’t be able to reach anyone.

I tried to enroll for a course but coursera does not accept a debit master card. I have used this card to
pay for several courses at Udemy, and also to pay for Norton anti virus protection. I do hope
Coursera reconsiders and give me a chance

Hi @dookie. It is an accepted method, as explained here: Accepted payment methods

You can make payments on Coursera using Visa or Mastercard debit cards.

I have got email about the payment problem although I have filled the details correctly and I have sufficient balance in the bank account. When I visited the my purchase page it shows me the message that your card will be charge after 6 April which already passed away.

Also, I recommend editing your post to remove your email address, it is not recommended to post them here and you will not be contacted by anyone from Coursera.

I solve this problem by paying on the coursera App. Thank you all the same.

I can’t finish payment.
I cleared the cache, tried different cards (Mastercard, Visa), tried on app but ended up with the same error: ‘Sorry, there was a problem processing your credit card. Please try again with a different credit card’

I tried to find the chat for support but I couldn’t find it on the links provided on this thread.

Any suggestions on how I solve this?
