I tried to enroll for a google certificate program in ux and I faced the worst ux problem I’ve seen from a digital company in the last 5 years.
I live in India and recently the govt decided to ban all recurring payments on cards (to curb misuse, apparently). I’m unable to pay for the course and there’s no option to contact anyone to solve this? I’m happy to pay through other channels that are available to me - such as google pay - but coursera refuses to take google pay - ironic when the course is google certified but the company can’t support google payments.
kind of pathetic to not have a number or even an email when coursera is happy to accept money for courses after first advertising them as free courses.
If the same course was available elsewhere I’d have gladly moved to that service and enrolled. Please enroll in the google ux course yourselves as you clearly need it. And enlist me too as I still want the certificate.
