Today I canceled my monthly payment for a course. While my next monthly payment was due only in a few weeks, coursera actually debited my card before canceling my suscription... Not nice Coursera.

Hi @Annab. I'm sorry for the issue. That sounds very frustrating. As Maryam has said, the support team will be happy to help you get this resolved. You can follow the steps in the tutorial provided above. Or, you can go here and click "Contact Us" to get started: Request a refund for a course payment.

Hi @Annab. Thanks for letting us know that you got the reimbursement. Again, I'm sorry for the frustration you experienced.

This is a total scam. I’ve canceled my subscription a month ago, by that time I hadn’t been on the website for another month or two, and you “renew my subscription” and the course is “no-refundable”?!! This is the worst service I have ever used.

I want a refund for at least the last subscription.

I never used a free trial, I went straight to the paid course, and was meaning to get back to studying, but now I will never so much as would go to this website. This is plain ridiculous. 

I haven't used a free trial, which I don’t even think was available, so I WANT A REFUND.
