This is a total scam. I’ve canceled my subscription a month ago, by that time I hadn’t been on the website for another month or two, and you “renew my subscription” and the course is “no-refundable”?!! This is the worst service I have ever used.I want a refund for at least the last subscription.

This is plain ridiculous. I haven't used a free trial, which I don’t even think was available, so I WANT A REFUND.
