I am unable to upgrade subscription payment for my professional certificate because its not accepting visa, master card and not even UPI. Is there any other method?? I spent hours to check, how people from India, upgrade their subscription plan. I am already enrolled in the course, but unable to proceed to get certificate because of this issue.

Please share step by step method to complete this process, I have already checked your forums , others links to help, but nothing worked. If i need to spent 3-4 more hours to check with people or on websites how people have done payment, then i guess, i need to cancel my subscription and log in to another websites to get certification.

Update - The latest info I've gained:

For now, learners in India can only use Razorpay to purchase courses. They’ll need to use a Visa/Mastercard to pay for Specializations.

I'm sorry to hear this issue! Coursera team aware learners from India experiencing difficulties in paying method. This because recurring online transactions directive by the Reserve Bank of India, as explained in this article. If you are using Razorpay, try it out another method. If nothing works you should wait for now.
