Hi @narayana rao

When you give feedback via the flag icon, the course team may see your comment. But there is no reply most of the time. Are you referring to the issue that you put forward here?

Did you follow Jose's advice and contact the support team?

Please post the link to the quiz page so that I can take a look.

this the link of the quiz

I just took a look at the discussion forums of your course as well as the quizzes. It looks like there are several problems, unfortunately: :frowning2:

  • Many other learners have complained about it.
  • And there are no mentors or teaching staff to address these issues.
  • The quizzes seem to be very difficult.
  • Some learners say their grades did not change even after trying many, many times.
  • The feedback page is blank which looks like a technical issue. The questions themselves are not visible:

The feedback page is totally blank!

  • Maybe the course team does not monitor the flags as well as the discussion forums.

We cannot help you with this here in the community because this issue needs to be addressed by the course team. The only thing you can do is to report it to the support team. They may be able to reach the course team or guide you further.
