no contact us button and no chatbot button. I cannot access Quiz after I failed just once.

I failed pass week quiz once. And then, I cannot access anymore. When I click the quiz button, screen is changed and then no quiz, no quiz start button.

Further, there is resume button for another quiz when I come into the week 2. When I click the resume button, screen changed and then nothing visible. I cannot enter into or access the practice quiz I failed.

There are no answers for this problem in help center.
I tried contact us button or chatbot button in Help Center but no those buttons.

1. Please clear your cache and cookies, log out, log back in, and try again.

2. Make sure this is not a payment issue. For example, in many courses, you can view the quiz questions, but you cannot submit your answers before paying or after your payment was expired.

3. If none of the above items solve the problem, then click "Contact Us" at the end of this Help Article:

Answer the questions and follow the steps until you get a link for sending an email message. Make sure you are logged into your account when you visit the Help Center. This thread illustrates the steps, so you may want to take a quick look at it, too:

i PAID FOR THE iMMUNOLOGY COURSE, AND MY ACCOUNT INDICATES THAT THE RENEWAL ISN'T DUE FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. EVEN SO, WHEN I TRY TO SUBMIT THE ANSWERS FOR QUIZ 3, I GET A MESSAGE THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION IS NEEDED. HELP!!!!!

So although you've paid for it, the quiz is locked. Please take a look at this Help Article first:
Then, if the sections do not address your issue and you're still unable to open those pages, don’t worry. Just go ahead and click "Contact Us". It's located at the end of the article. Answer a few questions until you see a link for sending a message to the support team. The steps are described here: How to get technical help with Coursera

The support team will fix it for you.

Unfortunately, this response is not to me. I did not fail a quiz. I am trying to submit quiz 3 and keep being told that I need to “commit” by paying for the subscription - which I did 2 weeks ago, and does not need renewal until May 29th. I attached a picture of the message.

PLEASE ADVISE OR FIX THIS. I am unable to move ahead until then.

That's why I advised you to contact the support team. Click "Contact Us" at the end of the article and follow the instructions (that are provided on the thread that I shared). Do you have the Contact Us button when you open the article?
The support agents are able to see what is wrong with your payment/account.

The Contact Us button is there, but just takes me to the the same page with the “how can we help”
box that no one is answering.
No worries. This link takes you directly to a page where you can type your problem, attach your screenshot, and send it to the support team. Don't forget to log in. You will need to press the Submit button to send your query.
