Hello there. I registered for a course and filled the payment options with my credit card (Master Card) information. I checked with my bank that Coursera charged $0.00 from my credit card. The free trial ended 3 days ago. Now, I can't access my course anymore. When I click on "my purchases" it shows that my course is "Inactive". I deleted history and cookies, then updated my credit card information. Again, was charged $0.00 and nothing else. I clicked the link "your subscription may be canceled" and could find a solution there.
Is it a bug in your system? Should I wait? What should I do now? How to fix this issue?

Hi @Yuri Barreto,

Coursera initially does a "test charge" which is then refunded automatically. After the free trial ends, you are required to pay a monthly fee and you should have access to the course material. If the subscription status on your My Purchases page still says "Inactive", please first take a look at this Help Article. There is a useful list of problems and solutions. For example, the last section may address your issue. Or it might be the case that your payment method is not acceptable.
If you cannot find a satisfactory solution after reading the article, then you'll have to click "Contact Us" and follow the on-screen instructions until you get a link for sending a message to the support team. They'll help you solve it. The steps are described here: How to get technical help with Coursera

Hope this helps.
