Missing live chat


hi, Recently i noticed that the live chat on bottom right in help centre is Missing. Could anyone give me a link from where i could open a live help chat.

Hi @TomFord. Sorry to hear you aren't finding the Live Chat feature. This doesn't appear for all learners, so if your enrollment status on Coursera has changed in any way, this may be the reason. Make sure that you are signed in to your Coursera account when visiting the Help Center. If you don't have the Live Chat option, you can still get help from our support team by sending an email. Click on the "Contact us" button at the end of this article and follow the prompts.

I did. but could not find helpful.

Hi I am having the same problem and I also cannot find any email addresses that I can use and contact coursera. 

I got financial aid for a course but now when I want to submit my answers for a quiz it request purchasing the course

My assignment submission is locked also my course will end on 20 January and the due date for 11th week assignment is 27 January when did the assignment will unlock so that i can finish it on time. so, please make my session to original one.

@Faiz112 You will need to talk to someone at the Help Center to get this resolved, they are the ones to troubleshoot such issues. You may contact them via the link in the upper right corner of this page. See if any of the articles about resetting deadlines help your particular situation. If not, select the contact us option, you will have to answer a few more questions about your problem and then you should get the option of chatting or emailing.

Hello,

My name Rishabh Chaurasiya and I had verified my I’d on Coursera using my voter I’d card but after the verification my ma,e is showing wrong i.e. it is showing CHAURASIYA EPIC but my real name is RISHABH CHAURASIYA.

Kindly, help me as soon as possible because one of my course is going to complete soon.

Please help me, I signed up for the Python Data Products for Predictive Analytics program, initially I had the 7-day trial period and was able to complete the first of four courses after that paid monthly membership. After that, I finished the second year, however, in the dates of the activities, I am running late and I have not received a grade for the final work of the second year. I have even finished the third and I do not see revisions or changes of dates since I approved all the lessons that each activity requires for each week.

 

 

 

I do not know why the delay of the revision of the work when in the Coursera help details that maximum one week for the revision of the final work.
