Hello,

I unintentionally unrolled myself the mentor training course for the course of " Music as Biology".
Is it possible to re- enroll?

Thank you,
Judith and Laura,

FYI: I was re-enrolled by contacting the Help center, who in turn contacted the Coursera support specialists. They had the record of my enrollment, so everything was intact including my assignments and grades. So, I was re-enrolled.
The steps in helping with this situation would be :
A. Chat via help center…

  1. The help center will provide a ticket number that is sent via email.
  2. Await a response...
  3. Done

@Dave , since this was an accident, you should just contact someone at the Help Center and explaon what happened. I am sure they will re-enroll you. Best of success to you.

Ok, apparently they'll l try to re enroll the mentor status. But maybe it won't be possible.
@Dave , they will advise you best. You might need to contact community-team.org to be re-invited, in case the Help Center doesn’t have a record of this. Please let us know what happens so if this happens to anyone else they will know what to do, thanks.
