I was trying to apply for financial aid for UX design fundamentals through mobile app. I clicked on financial aid and after few seconds  it shows 

Looks like you found a page that does not exist or the URL was mistyped by accident.

Then I tried through pc , it is not giving the option of applying for financial aid. 

I don't know how to ask query through learner support so I just posted here

Hi everyone, you can get help from a support agent with this.

To do so, enter the Help Center and log in from the top right corner. Then, look for the option to contact “Contact us” at the bottom of this article.​

As I have seen in your profile, you are a student. Are you also a part of any learning program on Coursera i.e. Coursera for Campus Response Initiative etc? 

Can you share a screenshot of the issue?

it says you can’t apply from a mobile app. This could be the problem. Please read this article, it might help you.

After few seconds  I am prompted to something like this
