Okay so here's my gripe with the current system. I'm currently enrolled on a specialisation and my subscription ends on the 3rd of Feb.

In course 2 (of 3) the peer assignment is now locked and a new session starts on the 11th of Feb, or something.

I had planned on cranking this stuff out after work this week in order to complete it. But, now because of these 'locks' on assignments I literally cannot complete the course and its frustrating.

I am having the same problem. I don't know who to turn to for help.😫😫😫

Coursera has a Help Center! Look at the top right of the page!
Iam also having the same issue. My course is locked.the vedios plays only for 1min. I have paid for the course and validity is not expired.I looked in to the issues raised in help center.I could not find the solution for this one.
Could you please help.
Is there any way to contact coursera direct to get help.
I need to go through my course to finish my assignments.

I was pursuing single specialization "consumer analytics" to get the certificate. Unfortunately

, all assignments are locked starting week 1. What might be the issue here guys?

I got this message from Contact us. This is really annoying. Where can we help directly even there is no any email address to ask?

its so frustruating I need to be finish with the course by this month in order to get into my masters programm and all the assignmnets are locked.....
There is no functional email adress to contacts them , teh contact form doens work

Good day!

I am enrolled in the course of Leveraging Unstructured Data with Cloud Dataproc on Google Cloud Platform and i cannot acces to the last exam which still locked even after completing sucessfully all the previous assignments (have been a couple of days since completion).


I tried to go to the help center and get technical assistance but the link

contact us in the end of the relevant help article do no work. (not possible to send a request to technical support).

How can i do please ?

Hi, same problem here for IBM Data science certificate.
At the purchase it was specified something along the line "the earlier you finish the cheaper it is". So i should be able to pass the tests whenever i'm ready.
Yet, i can't access the week 2 quizz before the 15 of july.
