Known Issue: We've had a few reports where the "Contact Us" button in the Help Center is leading to an error message that the page cannot be found.

First steps:
  1. Use Chrome as a web browser
  2. Test the link in Chrome's Incognito mode (Go to "File" then "New Incognito Window")
  3. If the link works in Incognito mode, clear your cache

Known Issue: Learners can’t contact the Coursera support team because they are clicking an outdated link shared in Quora or from Bing.com search results. After clicking “Contact Us” the page redirects to the Help Center homepage.

Steps to Resolve: Please access the Help Center from the Coursera.org page, or from this Coursera Community (click “Help Center” at top left). Or you can just click the link I’ve included here.

Related Issue: Learners may not notice the live chat window because it’s at the bottom of the window.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Click Contact Us where it appears in the Learner Help Center
  2. Use the interactive self-serve flow to identify your issue
  3. At the end of the self-serve flow, if you still need help, click Contact Us
  4. On the page that appears, click the blue chat window that appears in the bottom right. NOTE: You may need to wait a few seconds for it to load, or scroll down the page.

It will look like this:
