Known Issue: Financial aid button is visible/available for a course or Specialization, but it disappears after logging in.

Thanks to community member @Maryam for sharing this workaround.

Workaround: Please follow these steps to see the "financial aid" link:
  1. Click the title of the first course to open its home page.
  2. Click the Enroll button.
  3. Select the "audit" mode.
  4. Then, come back again to the home page of the first course to see the link.
  5. Click the link and follow the instructions.

RESOLVED (updated 21 January 2019)

Known Issue: Active (in-progress) courses not showing up on dashboard

Workaround: Please follow these steps to access your in-progress course:
  1. Search for the Deep Learning specialization on Coursera.org
  2. Search for the desired course within the specialization
  3. Click on the button that says "Go To Course" (in parentheses it will say "Already enrolled")

RESOLVED (updated 4 September 2019)

Known Issue: We've had a few reports where the "Contact Us" button in the Help Center is leading to an error message that the page cannot be found.

First steps:
  1. Use Chrome as a web browser
  2. Test the link in Chrome's Incognito mode (Go to "File" then "New Incognito Window")
  3. If the link works in Incognito mode, clear your cache

Known Issue: Problems submitting financial aid application

The Coursera team is working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, please try visiting the Help Center.

RESOLVED (updated 27 August 2019)

UPDATE (26 August 2019 at 3 pm Pacific) The issue has been fixed but it will take a little time for all quizzes to be working properly again. I know it's very frustrating. If your situation is urgent, you can contact the support team via the Help Center. This tutorial explains how to use the Help Center.

Known Issue: Quizzes aren't accessible and/or aren't being saved.

The Coursera engineers are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, please try visiting the Help Center.
