T1. You are appreciative of an organization’s mission, capabilities, commitment and sincerity and associate yourself with it to contribute your bit to their cause, believing in good faith what they say. All goes well for sometime but at some
T2. point of time the decline begins. There is neglect of the communication processes. You sense it coming but continue in the hope that the things will restore to the better. Instead, the decline only hastens, the peak (depth) is near when even the important communications are neglected. Earlier where your suggestions were valued, now your genuine grievances of non fulfilment of commitments get repeated stereotyped replies. You have no avenue for relief. It does not matter whether all you are asking for is an image, a badge (representing 50 plus weeks of hard work) which should have been awarded to you in a respectful manner, in recognition of your contribution.
What should a person do under these circumstances : keep quite, share the situation on media, take recourse to legal help, … ?
