Inability to open Material Link

Last week Monday I got stuck, I was unable to open the link to the next assignment in my program. I reported it and waited for it to be corrected. I still can't open it up till now. I reported it several times.
I was stuck. I couldn't go on to subsequent materials because I had not done the prerequisite material that would enable me understand subsequent ones.
I kept trying the link & I kept reporting it.
Live Chat has been unavailable.
Instead of my problem to be solved, I was charged with the $49 monthly Course Fee for another month yesterday. If not for they delay they have caused me, I would have finished the course.
I feel like I've been scammed.
There are 2 issues now
1 - I still can't open that link & I think it is unwise to omit any learning material
2 - Will I be refunded since the delay was caused by Coursera & I reported it immediately?

The Coursera Support Services have provided me with an alternative link that opens a material on Bravecoin.
That should be ok for now.

I'm sorry to hear that, i want to comment on something, as it is a link in the assignment, you know if it's a compatibility problem, you have updated your browser, you have used another browser.

Each course has a curriculum and themes defined by the university that is offering it, then sometimes it is difficult to have those details because the links are provided by them and if perhaps the course has been added so long, maybe it's possible that the link has expired or deviated, have you seen if you have adblock active, are you using a firewall that blocks the content of the pages?

You could kindly tell us in which course you are enrolled, in what week this is happening to you and what is the type of activity that prevents you from moving forward.

Thank you for letting us know and we hope that through a relevant management we can give you a solution and if it is possible to identify how much time has passed since you happened this incident to analyze the refund option.

Within these processes there are stages of follow-up and the steps that may take time, because we are an international community, the time differences of each staff member vary and that is why i ask for some patience and understanding very kindly,

I hope you have an innovative experience 😃, I invite you equally to explore the course as a whole, that is, make use of the forums, it would be wonderful if you participate in these, such as the meet and greet, general discussion, and if you have some creative idea you can feel with all the right to write it and it will be very well accepted by the course and thus generate an environment of interaction and you can even find a study and research group.


We will see what is the central inconvenience.

Thanks very much for your response and suggestions however, I can't be effective in discussion groups if I have not read the materials to be discussed.
But how do I access the recommended reading material, given by the Program Facilitators. so I can progress with the program. I'm stuck, I can't move forward. For 9 days I've been unable to move to the next stage of the program.

Kindly help solve my issue.
Please note I did not make any changes to my browser - I finished earlier tasks just seconds before clicking on the current one & got the error message.

What's the next step, so I don't spend 3 months (& unnecessary expenses) doing a 1 month course?

Have you noticed in the forums if you are the only person with this problem, or many learners have written posts related to your situation?, can you also answer the questions that i left in the third paragraph above.

@Ololade i see that it's a no found error page, and it's a report of 3 years ago, can please go to the forum option, choose Week 3 and look through the post on this, you can also use the search at the top inside Week 3 and write keywords like problem assignment, no page found and so on.

Hi @Mohamed Ezz El-Din. I can understand why you're frustrated and disappointed. Have you visited the Help Center? The Help Center has articles that describe common issues with assignments, like this one: Solve problems with quizzes & assignments. When you visit the Help Center, please be sure to log in to your Coursera account. If you are enrolled in your courses for certificates (and therefore have full access to course assignments), then you should also have an option to contact a support agent in the Help Center if none of the articles solves your issue.
